Referrals Domestic Abuse Practitioner (Accommodation)

You will make a meaningful contribution to the Accommodation Team by managing new referrals to the Accommodation Service online and by telephone. You will complete risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring clients and professionals receive timely, effective advice and support throughout the accommodation application process.

You will be a vital first point of contact, providing a high-quality frontline telephone service for victims of domestic abuse and the professionals supporting them.

You will build strong working relationships as a key Accommodation Team contact for the Next Chapter Duty Team, liaising with colleagues to support effective service delivery.

Working collaboratively, you will support the Accommodation and Duty Teams to deliver responsive, consistent services across all sites.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to helping survivors to break the cycle of domestic abuse and support their recovery.

Full time contract, fixed term for one year – 37.5 hours per week

£26,821 - £30,011 depending on qualification and experience.
