Work For Us
We began the latest chapter of our journey in April this year when were recommissioned to provide all domestic abuse services in mid, west, and north Essex. With the commissioned services now including our amazing services for children and young people - it now means that we have several years security for all our services. We are dealing with an ever-rising demand on our services, but we continue to have ambitious plans for how we can expand our services and grow our funding to enable us to continue to support those who need us.
We are proud to work in partnership with Changing Pathways and Safe Steps and together as the EViE (Ending Violence in Essex) Partnership we look to use our collective services, experience, voice and influence to provide the very best services for people in Essex and to ensure that the voice of our clients is used to help shape strategic decisions around service delivery across statutory and community services in our area.
.
Our work is all about supporting individuals who have experienced, or are experiencing domestic abuse. We understand the power that simply believing, and offering a non-judgmental, trauma-informed response, can have. We all work together in the shared belief that every single person has the right to live their life free from domestic abuse and our practitioners work tirelessly to support and advocate for our clients to help them achieve this.
We have a brilliant team of people, currently providing amazing, life-saving services and we’re looking for the right people to come and join them.
If any of our roles below sound like it’s the right challenge for you, don’t hesitate to get in touch. If we don’t have any vacancies listed at the moment, then please do check back regularly as we constantly update our opportunities as a result of new funding opportunities.
