Facilities Officer

You will coordinate and log maintenance requirements and work with third-party professionals to complete repairs and regular maintenance. You will be responsible for regular inspections of fixtures and fittings within rooms and ensuring rooms are maintained to a high standard by residents.  

This role requires you to be physically able to carry out the necessary tasks.

Full time contract - 37.5 hours per week

£26,821 (on call duties are paid separately).
