Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)
Provide high-quality specialist frontline service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a service to those at highest risk by assisting them to access services to support and keep them safe.
Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC (Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference) and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who are committed to helping survivors to break the cycle of domestic abuse and support their recovery.
This post is open to female applicants only as being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational qualification under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010
Full time contract, fixed term for one year – 37.5 hours per week
£26,821 - £30,011 depending on qualification and experience.
